Starbucks - Napa

I'm a true coffee drinker and I still crave Starbucks white mocha during winter time (once in awhile) when I'm feeling low or need some sweets in my life. Staffs are friendly.

Went through the drive through today and waited 15 minutes for my order, the line was not that long. When I drove up to the window I saw my drink yet the employee spent time heating up food orders instead of handing me my drink. The customer service was poor and not even an apology for waiting so long.

Well coffee was good, but had loud blaring music at like 7:30 am and the chairs to sit on were not absolutely NOT butt friendly also free Wired Fidelity so ho hummm.

That place is trying way to hard to be a club or a rave. that music is way too damn loud. You have to raise your voice to talk to someone.It's either rave music or sad songs.I just get my coffee and get out as soon as I can.It's also a little grubby in there
