The pumpkin patch is really brilliant, not as ingenious as it was earlier, but much better than the near of inflatable profit-driven place in American Canyon. The food at Stanley Lane is really good, a little expensive, but good. The coffee is also excellent. View all feedback.
Next thing I found. Great food and the staff is super friendly. I had the carnivore, the best of everything.
We have gone here for pumpkins for over 20-years. Great fun with antique farm equipment, kid friendly hay bale maze, great selection of gourdes, and a nice store and food if you have time.
Took my grandson to their Pumkin Patch. It was about 11 am. They were getting their big outdoor BBQ ready. Nice place a bunch of kids were there. They have a big Hay Bale Pyramid. Pretty cool, it has a tunnel slide.
Must have caught Irma on a bad day as she was not only rude on the phone, but also even more so in person. Tried to order 7 sandwiches for our group and was met with a strict rule which was that they have a 5 sandwich limit because they don’t “prep enough” (her words) to handle more than that per order. And where it starts to go downhill is when she said “don’t even think about calling back to place a second order” over the phone. When picking these up, we asked again about this limit picking up 5 of the 7 sandwiches we wanted in person another customer picking up his order overheard and offered to buy 2 sandwiches since he wasn’t at his limit as he just learned about. Nice gesture on his part, but she made it very clear if it wasn’t for him, she would not allow it. Not only a ridiculous business method, but also blatantly turning away sales. Honestly, we should have just canceled the entire order, but when asked where the nearest sandwich shop that didn’t enforce such a rule that we can go to next time, she just threw her hands up and said “I don’t know.” Paid, tipped and left feeling like we got scolded for wanting to support this joint. Cannot recommend this place any longer after this encounter and I prefer to try and support wineries and businesses in Los Carneros. Drive a little further down and have the nice folks at Market take care of you instead. You’ll appreciate a sandwich more when it’s not served with attitude and hostility.
Some truly great bbq served in an innocuous-looking barn! Stop by and sop up all that wine with some well-smoked meats!!Both the Pulled Pork Sandwich and the Baked Beans were winners, and I’d happily eat both again.
