Silverado Resort and Spa - Holiday Buffet in the Grand Ballroom

There was no table reserved for us at check-in. Finally we got a small table in a corner of the room. it was a very disappointing experience.

Thanksgiving dinner in the ballroom, 4:30 sitting, everything was great except our server was terrible rarely seen, no follow up, no coffee, no water no service. We were table #27

Service on Easter brunch has terrible service. On a table and no attention for 20 minutes. Finally went to the bar to find out how to order a bottle of wine. At last the attention of the waiter became. Not often killed with fresh coffee and then THEY added a 18% tip on our 2 person bill. $270 for 2 people!!! Good things: The food was great. Halibut cook the best. Keyboard woman was very good. Sit outside to see the golfers.

We were in the last 4:30 seats. The food was fresh and continuously refilled. There was a very large selection. The service was friendly and prompt, but a bit short in number. We were the last to go, but not pressed. A wonderful surprise for our tourists.
