North Spirits Tapas - Feedback

What Beau L doesn't like about North Spirits Tapas:
Our party of 6 all agreed this is the worst happy hour we have ever had. Oysters were served in room temperature with gross fishy smell, sliders were tasteless, wings were spicy but nothing close to tasty, drinks were mediocre.
