Napa Valley Catering

The food was mediocre and overpriced for what it was. The servers were great. They sent a form asking for feedback but never responded. Then they sent an email asking to recommend them!

I found this trailer on the corner of 1st street and Silverado trail rd. In Napa ca. 94558. They highly recommended calling the number for location as they were not sure how long at this location.(408) 375-0328. What a nice surprise a trailer that isn't a taco truck. It's a small trailer packing a lot of flavor. Avertiszements were for a prime rib cheese sandwich. I was delighted to be greeted with a friendly positive attitude and in this time of isolation it's needed. The sandwich comes in a 4 inch for $7.50 and a 8inch for $15.00. Quality bread, great quality cheese, medium quality meat which is saying a lot for a food truck as most have low quality gristle. The onions and peppers melded together perfectly, they don't hold back on the amount of ingredients. Juicy meat the hole thing made my mouth water with each bite. I was worried I was drooling and kept wiping my mouth lol. I have had some steak sandwiches this by far was the best. My only complaint was the bread needed more toasting or a different bread as within 3 minutes it was soggy with that juicy goodness. As a side note if the business owners see this find space to relocate onto soscol between Wallmart and the tracks you will make a killing.

The first thing about this amazing truck I have to comment on is the amazing customer service. The woman running the truck was very helpful and extremely nice to talk to. She suggested getting the Prime Rib Philly that was advertised on the truck itself. The second thing I have to say is the sandwich she made was simply the best Philly style sandwich I've ever had. There was a generous amount of meat and cheese in the sandwich. The reason why I say this was the best is because the meat was high quality perfectly cooked and Toped with just the right amount of high quality melt cheese serve on a good quality bread. I did find the bread soaked up the juices quite quickly and became a bit soggy but amazing nonetheless. The only thing I would want different is more customers fore this gem of a truck.

I recently had an event that required me to find a cater in Napa. I emailed NVC and Sue contacted me right away. She handled every question with patience and professionalism. My husband and I changed on minds 5-6 times on what we waited. I can only image the extra work we added. Fast forward 9 months to the night of, everything was on point ! Every guest enjoyed their meal. We were so grateful everything went without any issues. Everything we spoke about was done exactly how we spoke. Let me also add I live in South Florida, Sue added a calmness that helped me with the planning. Do yourself a favor, call Sue and know she will make the entire process easy and stick to her word. She wants you have the best night and will make sure you are happy. The food was amazing. Highly recommend, 5 stars is not enough for this company and employee

Sue and her team catered our week-long company team retreat. They did a truly incredible job. They took amazing care of us. They juggled different eating requirements, helped to clean and put out snacks. By the end of the week they were part of the team! Thanks again Sue et al!
