We spent $20,000 on a machine that was promised to ship on a specific date. The company failed to provide a tracking number as promised, and when we followed up a week later, we discovered that the machine had never been shipped at all. To make matters worse, the company was rude to us. We highly advise against doing business with them as they do not keep their promises. View all feedback.

Tom is the greatest! Not only is he knowledgeable and a master in his trade, he is such a pleasant person. whenever something breaks, it is stressful, but tom makes the whole experience pleasant with its positive setting.
We purchased a mixer from JTB Distributors and had a great experience with Tom and his team. They spent time on the phone with us over a few weeks, discussing the pros and cons of the machine, providing a realistic shipping timeline, and helping us find professionals in our area for installation. Tom saved the day! I went in to produce gelato; prepared the ingredients, poured the mix into the machine, and flipped the switch...nothing but silence. I called Tom. He FaceTimed me, and walked me through the steps of removing the side panel, then asked me to check a few wires. Turned out the electrical contact slipped off the switch. I was up and running within minutes. Knowledgeable, responsive, honest. He didn’t even charge me for his time.
