I found this place 2 years ago and as far as i am concerned its the best filipino food this side if Mainla. I aways order the Shanghai Lumpia and Bihan Pancit for all our family gatherings. Today there was a mixup in my order and they whipped up my food in a hurry...thank you for amazing good and great customer service View all feedback.
What Melissa A doesn't like about Tropical Grille:
The food is good once we got home. The only concern I have for this place is that the lady mixed our items with the customer next to us. Meaning, the items that we had were some from the customer next to us. Plus, this place is far and directions are confusing. Not bad, not terrible, just fine. View all feedback.
Small establishment with 3 tables available for dine in sitting. Hot food bar where you can pick and choose what you want. The food was delicious. Not much of table service.Parking: Gets tight
Authentic ethnic food. Tasty, home cooked Philippine cuisine.
Stopped here on our way out of the city and it did not disappoint. We eat Filipino food all the time in Queens but this food blew us out of the water. We ordered 2 lunch combos with rice. We tried the longganisa, beef steak, pork adobo, lechon, and spicy pork. We also tried the cabbage soup and it was amazing. Our favorite was the pork adobo. The service was great and the portions were very generous enough for both my wife and I to eat another full meal at dinner time. We got the halo halo to end our meal and loved every bite.
Delicious food good for the price! best filipino food in the area, no problems, straight to the point, horror movies plsyed on the TV, and fresh food! would definetely reccommend.
