Shake Shack Nanuet

Shake shack never tends to disappoint me. Both the service and the food were good at this location. Was my first visit, probably won't return as I was only in the neighborhood temporarily but if I had to, I'd come back. They had sanitizer wipes for the tables which is a good best practice during Covid!

It was a great night to be able to have a nice burger although I think it's a little bit pricey but the burgers are nice and they made. I'm not a fan of the french fries I think they need to be able to add a little more pepper seasoning to it it's just too plain for me. The burger needs to be able to have a little bit more pizzazz do it as well too. The sugarplum fairy shake it's a special going on for the holidays for Shake shack it was a nice vanilla flavored shake with white chocolate sprinkles placed on top. It was a nice different shake from the classic vanilla shake that I get over there and it was a nice festive time. The taste of it was not too rich and it was a decent size. Staff members were very nice and I appreciated that they took the time to be able take my order especially when I at the last minute asked for it to be very well done for my burger. One of the things I look for in any place I eat how nice the people are. I would like to give a higher rating but I am stick with a 3 star rating. It's a nice place to be able to go to and it does the job as a burger place to just eat but I want something more.

I've been to this location a few times and the service has never been great but today was ridiculous!! I ordered the new holiday Sugar Plum Shake and a side of fries. I received the fries within two minutes of ordering. The Shake? I waited. Waited. Waited. When I inquired where it was they had no clue what I was taking about. I had to show them my receipt and then the workers continued to chat amongst themselves some more while I continued to wait. It took 22 minute from the time I ordered until I received my Shake!! The place wasn't even busy. What's worse is that my friend also ordered and didn't get hers either until I said something. There was no apology or anything. We ate our fries at the restaurant and listened to the staff with their profanity and unprofessional discussions that customers, including children, could here. I will never come back to this location again

I love Shake Shack's double burgers. The meat are well done and the standard pairing of lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and shack sauce are great. Definitely like the place and its service Will come here more often :

I really like Shake Shack, but I 'm not a fan of the Nanuet location. I placed on order via the app. App said order would be ready in 7 12min. I go in at 10mins order isn 't ready. Not a big deal. I sit and wait. Total time waited 20mins. My issues are: 1. The person at the register couldn 't be less interested in being helpful. I gave my name and phone number... and as she saw me waiting didn 't bother to say anything. I 'm expecting we 're waiting on your... 2. My order was marked picked up in the app at 8mins; meanwhile my food clearly wasn 't ready. Which tells me that the focus is on optics of efficiency rather than real efficiency. 3. After waiting so long to eat, I sat at a booth to eat with my family, and the table and chairs were dirty which boggled my mind since the place was empty. Simply unimpressed. I don 't mind waiting, I do mind when the staff know I 'm waiting (standing at the counter) and don 't tell me what 's going on. customer service.
