Panera Bread - Nanuet

Visited this location and had coffee before work. Clean with pleasant staff

Was good , food is delicious price is acceptable, staff is nice , good communication, I like Panera bread , be like Panera bread

I ordered a sandwich at this restaurant, but they somehow got my order wrong by leaving out the lettuce. Instead of the apple I requested, they threw in chips with my sandwich. On the plus side, they gave me complimentary bread. Despite the mix-up, I think this is the best place for bread. I would give it a 5-star rating.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. I waited over 30 minutes for 3 soups, only to be told that they had run out of fruit cups. The food pickup area was chaotic, with people standing too close and breathing on others' food. Another customer even asked for a refund due to the delay in their order. This combination of poor service, unsanitary conditions, and running out of food reflects badly on the management. I used to give this Panera a five-star rating, but now I would give it 5 thumbs down.

I ordered curbside pickup tonight, but my order was never brought out to me. When I went inside, I found my order sitting on the counter with two employees nearby and no other customers in sight. If your staff is not willing to follow through with curbside pickup, it's best to not offer that option at all.
