Instead of the apple I requested, they threw in chips with my sandwich. On the plus side, they gave me complimentary bread. Despite the mix-up, I think this is the best place for bread. I would give it a 5-star rating.

Ordering was simple, as we could order directly at the cashier, through the app, or at the self-service kiosk. Leonard, the cashier, was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. Even though the store was close to closing, he made sure to help me with a smile at the end of a long day. One employee, Rosa, deserves recognition for keeping the store clean and maintaining hygiene standards. She was constantly working to ensure every table was clean, which was very impressive. Overall, the food was good, although the French baguette was extremely hard this time. This was the first time we had experienced such hard bread at this store, so it is something that should be addressed. Despite this, the overall experience was positive and I would rate it about 3.5 stars with room for improvement. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

I waited over 30 minutes for 3 soups. After I ordered fruit cups, I was told they ran out of them while waiting. The food pickup area is not managed in a orderly fashion. People are standing by the food counter and breathing on people's food. A customer asked for a refund due to the delay in her order. So, poor service, unsanitary food pickup and running out of food. That equals poor management! I have been visiting this Panera for a number of years. It was a five star, but now 5 thumbs down.

When I went inside, I discovered my order sitting on the counter with two employees nearby and no other customers around. If your staff isn't going to properly handle curbside pickup, it would be better to not provide that option at all.

When th... read more I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. While I was waiting to order breakfast, the cashier let two people cut in line because she knew them. When the manager came over to take my order, I asked him if they were only serving breakfast at that time since I was interested in lunch items, and he confirmed they were just doing breakfast. I then ordered the Chipotle chicken breakfast sandwich with avocado, but he said they didn’t sell that. I pointed to the sandwich on the menu behind him, and he finally recognized it. After placing my order, I waited ten minutes for my sandwich, while the people who had cut in front of me not only ordered lunch items but received their meals before I even got mine during breakfast hours. Overall, this place is just incredibly irritating and overpriced. You'd be better off going to McDonald's.
