I felt like I'd immerse the tongue in a saddler, or I'd believe directly in the cube broth. It's mostly not a miso soup. I pointed out the problem to the boss who replied, with elegance, "no one else complains." I asked her if she had swallowed the soup she served, and she said no. We're going to the salad. a slice of cucumber visibly fresh but with the taste of vinegar, served with kale kale in a sort of nauseabond mix of cream and soy sauce extremely salty. I don't lower my arms, I eat the salad like a good little soldier while keeping hope for the rest. The suite was terrible, it's scandalous to take its customers for fools to this point. Noisy rice, served in a dirty bowl, the latter inlaid with old dry rice. I complain. She comes back with a new bowl, and the great comment, "I hope you'll be okay." But how? Excuse me, do you realize what you're saying, ma'am? I crunch in sashimi, served with wasabi powder barely tuned, liquid with clumps (like greenish vomit) tuna has a texture that is almost destroyed by freezing, it's boring. the whole meal is the salmon that is still frozen inside some slices. I'm spitting on my plate, it's silly. The other customers look strangely outraged at me when I express myself (but do you defend the name of a pipe, why do you accept that?), I refuse to eat but I offer my blue card. The boss lets us go without paying. But without apology from her, she has the little word she deserves. She'll recognize me. She looks as friendly as her restaurant sucks.

The smile was absent,... read more I had already tried this restaurant a few years ago and I regret that nothing has changed. his only asset is to be just behind the movies. The smile was absent, the decor was mellow (see the rag doubtful my photo). There is no algae or tofu in the miso soup, it is a cube broth with two slices of betting mushroom and one pear. the cabbage salad sauce is closer to mayonnaise than vinaigrette, the spoons are dried, the carafe goulot is covered with limestone. In dessert, the fruit salad is made of two tablespoons of fruit with syrup.We could only have lunch here by chance or mistake.
