I have lived in Nanaimo for years and hands down never had better pizza and perogies. MUST try to the shrimp and cream cheese perogies with heaps of onions and bacon. The service is quick and fast. The atmosphere is small pub style. Nothing fancy in terms of the inside look. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wheat Sheaf Inn:
First of all the food is ok, Hubby had the burger and wasn't impressed. I had the crunchy chicken wrap which was good. We both had the Cesar salad which was good, but nothing spectacular or out of the ordinary. Would we come again, probably not too many other places to go that are better. We went there with a group after a funeral and were treated very well, considering the large group. Excellent nachos that we were served. Nice staff. Clean bathrooms.
This bar has fantastic food.have eaten here many times and have never had a bad meal,There breakfast is superb.Whole menu is great,big portions Also everyone raves about their pizza.Service is fast. And the staff are very friendly.

I was surprised to enjoy such a lovely full menu. Definately an older pub but with good food and good service. If it is a day for a pub meal this place works.
Had a very good Greek Salad while listening to some fabulous live music. Mark Crissinger is a local boy and often plays there. Great!
