Triple O's Nanaimo

I ordered the breakfast club without meat and was surprised to see that it looked a bit more expensive than the price listed on the menu. I asked for the receipt and noticed that the waitress had rung up a sunny start with hashbrown, which was $2 more than the breakfast club I had ordered. When I questioned her about it, she explained that it was cheaper this way. I insisted that she charge me for what I had actually ordered, and she refunded me the $2 difference. It's important for the staff to accurately ring up orders and ensure that customers are charged correctly.

The breakfast sandwiches, such as the Hasch-Braun, are excellent. However, the burgers are not particularly impressive and are quite overpriced for what you receive. I did not experience any issues with missing items like other reviewers. It is best to avoid the drive-thru during busy times, as the wait can be very long if there are more than 2 cars ahead of you.

The food was good, but the customer service was terrible. I politely asked a staff member if I could borrow a cloth to clean a dirty table I wanted to sit at, and was met with a rude attitude from a short, overweight female employee. She followed me to the table and sighed heavily after wiping it down with an excessive amount of cleaning fluid. It's disappointing to see such poor service in a restaurant. The manager should consider providing training to staff on keeping tables clean and improving customer service. We will not be returning to this place. Despite my politeness, my requests were ignored and met with disrespect.

Triple O's is my favorite restaurant of all time. They have the best burgers (the Original with Cheese Burger is my favorite dish) and fantastic staff! A special shout out to the Nanaimo Country Club staff!

The burger had too much sauce, the mocha was disappointing, but the fries were delicious. The 3-piece Dipping Chicken Tenders Combo was good, but I recommend upgrading to the 5-piece. The milkshakes are amazing!
