What User doesn't like about Ricky's All Day Grill Nanaimo North:
What a waste of time and money. Went for breakfast with a friend before a Costco run. Raw eggs, burnt toast. Sausages were edible but dry and overcooked. They may want to consider employing a chef who can actually cook. Called to let manager know dismissive and indifferent, no wonder quality is so poor. Will say waitress was apologetic and generally lovely but will never go back to this place ever. View all feedback.
I came here after not gone for a few years. My kids gave a rating of 2.5/5. The food was ok, but honestly I just can't afford it anymore. All I ordered for myself were the yam fries and they were greasy and over salted and the portion was pretty small for the price. It got a bit busy near the end and we sat for about 10 minutes after our meal was done without seeing our server. Also, it's weird that they have very few gluten free options especially in the kids menu. I don't think we will come back here again.
My 5 young kids and myself had a great experience here for breakfast this morning. The service was fantastic and the food was good. The food came in a timely manner. Bathrooms were clean when we cleaned up from breakfast.Overall, we will come back again.Parking: Finding parking is always easy here.
Went at Noon, hostess sat us without a kids menu (even with a child in tow)didn’t even ask us if we wanted lunch or the breakfast menu, had to ask server for lunch menu as well as a kids menu. They advertise crepes on the tabletop menu, showing a picture of three different kinds, none of them being labeled or priced, nowhere on the actual menu and when we asked the server, she didn’t even know what they were called or how much they were. Asked for honey to sweeten the coffee, was informed they don’t have any. The food was great at least, otherwise I’d be thoroughly disappointed, instead of just irritated by the service
Brought my young family to this restaurant, it was great! Such awesome service. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak, which I enjoyed. It was crispy, but not so crispy to cut up my mouth.Everyone said they would visit here again!
Breakfast was great, tried my best but it was too much for me. Getting your money's worth here for sure. Good service and a nice place inside.
