Curry Point - Nanaimo

Always good, nice features of biriyani and tandoori chicken once in a while too! Really good potions and prices! Nice service, the son is really friendly especially.

Curry Point is a real Nanaimo gem, allways fresh allways fantastic choice , very flavourful, when needing a good wholesome curry for lunch this is my first choice, great price excellent service. The best Samosa's in Nanaimo without a doubt. I try to eat from here at least once a week and if in that part of town then twice.

This is a convenient little place for take-out indian food in a hurry. The selections don't vary much and I wasn't able to order off the menu, just the pre-cooked food which was good but I really wanted some pakora. The food is mildly spiced so ask for the chutney or pepper sauce if you like it hotter. Go earlier as it does seem to sit for awhile.

Curry point used to be the best Indian food in town. Yep, even better than the fancy Indian places. They went through an ownership change and the food taste and quality dropped precipitously. They seem to have levelled out in the past few months. Friendly service, good Indian food once again, great naan, and reasonable prices keep me eating here a couple times a month. Hopefully they can reclaim their former glory, but at this time they haven't quite managed it.
