Not to bad. Actually was very good pizza first time we have ordered from them and we will order from them again. Reasonable priced. And the delivered unlike our old pizza place who quit delivering to our part of town. Oh well there loss is Chico's gain. View all feedback.

With only KFC and Lee's in town, I REALLY wanted a great alternative, so when my cousin told me she was thrilled with Chico's, I was thrilled I had another fried chicken option,Granted, I ordered my chicken only bucket at 3 in the afternoon. They used to make the most delicious fried chicken deliciously seasoned fries. Now, not so much. They ran out of gravy were unable to prepare more. Huge disappointment. The chicken fries were overcooked dry. Likely never go there again.
I'm new in nanaimo and this is the only place I've had a real donair so far. Skip the other places that just sell kebab, go to chicos for the east coast style donair. Delicious.
To those that are unaware this is a certainly a gem pizza and fried chicken place. I would recommend everybody to go here for there chicken and pizza cravings!
I really hope new management brings up the customer service level, look at the previous reviews whenever the current owner replies they are very rude. No wonder the business is up for sale, the current manager has managed to ruin it, even though this place has been in business for several decades. Sad to see. 2 for 1 means 2 pizzas for the price of 1 pizza, stop with the marketing mumbo jumbo, if you can't offer this deal then just remove it, things have changed, time to refresh the offers. Don't just negate and insult people's intellect.
I struggle to eat food with bones in it, but I'll shove aside that anxiety for their fried chicken, it's delicious!Also really like their onion rings.Friendly staff, food made fresh and quick. Restaurant is clean inside, but very small just be aware of that.The #30 and #40 buses stop right at that mall, so it's easy to get to.Parking: Lots of parking, they're located in a shopping mall.
