Aladdin's Café - Nanaimo Canada

My wife I ordered Rosemary Chicken Lamb Shoulder Chop (special of the day). They were so yummy. The service was excellent. If we visit this town again, we will come by to eat.

Food was disgusting, place was dirty, staff member was very weird towards our daughter,will not return.

We are staying in Nanaimo for a few days and found this place after we got off the ferry. We had lunch with baba ganoush and lamb and chicken pitas. Delicious! Nice atmosphere and the service was excellent.

Got the chicken wrap the salad didn't taste fresh the chicken was dry. I asked them to make it spicy but all they did was add hot sauce on top. Pretty expensive for the size they give. Would not recommend.

I needed a quick meal on a Wednesday night in Nanaimo that would cater to both vegans and vegetarians, so we decided to try Aladdin's, which looked warm and inviting. We ordered a Greek salad and three vegetarian platters for our group of four. The meals were served with plenty of pita bread—more than enough! Our waitress was very friendly and accommodating. The platters were delicious and healthy; we especially loved the hummus and carrots. We ended up with way more food than we could eat. I would definitely return for another visit while in Nanaimo. Additionally, one member of our group accidentally left their wallet behind. The staff, knowing we would be at the bar next door for a show, quickly rushed over to return it. I give them five stars for their effort and honesty!
