We were driving through Belgium on our way back home. We were told by a local man that we should try the “best burgers in the country”… Quick!! Inside the resta... read more We were driving through Belgium on our way back home. We were told by a local man that we should try the “best burgers in the country”… Quick!! Inside the restaurant there was a nasty toilet smell. My girlfriend went inside the toilet and said it was the worst toilet she’s ever been to regarding the smell (and we’ve just droved through Europe with our car and went to many public toilets along the highways and this restaurant toilet was by far the worst. I also had to visit after my food. I almost vomited my food after that toilet visit. So the food. Belgians must have zero taste or they’ve lost it due to Covid? But it was the most awful burger ever in my life that I’ve ate. Meat felt like a joke and it was pink inside and just fell apart. Bred and salad had a weird taste. No. I would not recommend this place or chain at all. I don’t understand how you can fail making a burger? Apparently the Belgians do. Staff only spoke French in the cashier. They had to call on someone in the background who spoke just a little bit of english. (how can young people nowadays not speak english? I thought Belgium was abit more advanced than France for example.. Neither could anyone speak Dutch either. I did not finish my food and I wanted to clean my hands after toilet. But there were no soap!!! Wouldn’t recommend!
