What User likes about Springriver Resort:
One of the best places I stayed in Laos during my trip. Kayaks were part of the room and the food in the restaurant is really amazing. The place is run by a couple and they are very hospitable. I'd like to visit again. And the location is great, it is about 5 minutes drive to the cave. Or take a boat directly from the resort. View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Springriver Resort:
Poor customer service. At the arriving the tour about the hotel facilities and room showing was so quick we needed to run after the guy. Waited 45 minutes for food and than they came to let us know that there is no rice food . Not even offers any compensation just to cancel the order . The explanation was about the inflation of the prices and no workers .There is no other place to go so you are a prisoner at their lo... View all feedback.
