One of the best places I stayed in Laos during my trip. Kayaks were part of the room and the food in the restaurant is really amazing. The place is run by a couple and they are very hospitable. I'd like to visit again. And the location is great, it is about 5 minutes drive to the cave. Or take a boat directly from the resort. View all feedback.

Poor customer service. At the arriving the tour about the hotel facilities and room showing was so quick we needed to run after the guy. Waited 45 minutes for food and than they came to let us know that there is no rice food . Not even offers any compensation just to cancel the order . The explanation was about the inflation of the prices and no workers .There is no other place to go so you are a prisoner at their lo... View all feedback.
Very nice resort to stay. Cute little banglow with 2 rooms and balcony. Only problem is no attached bathroom with standard room. Bit sleepy to walk on the wood in the rainy days and toilet is bit far from the rooms. Restaurant is bit over priced but good food and has small portion. We could do kayak for free so it was ok. Location is bit far inside the village from the main road so if you are going by bus, you have to walk 1.5 km to the resort. Lagoon is just behind the restaurant you can go for kayak and in the evening enjoy bonfire with
Lovely resort next to the river. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Take a kayak up/down the river and vist the cave. Cons. Far from the village and no bicycle rental. Food was expensive for Laos, especially breakfast (110,000k for egg and bacon), it was ok, but quality didn't match the price. The toilet and showers are just behind the bungalows, but you have to walk all the way around on the board walk which is approx a 25m walk, through a few spider webs if you need to go at 2am. Very loud Laos music played all day sometimes by the neighbours.
Nice place, the river is brown during the rainy season, great service but we couldn't sleep because of the roosters crow starting at 3.30am (take ear plugs!
I have a few things to say first this Resort is obviously very beautiful and has a very nice Lounge with a view on the river. However Garden Rooms did not have any Bathrooms, which i think for a Resorts that represents itself as high class(high prices), should maybe at least have a bathroom. The breakfast menu was super expensive, i never eat breakfast so that was okay for me. What i really liked was the kayaks that were included, i woke up early and took one to visit the blue lagoon, well green milky, unfortunately not crystal clear blue that day, but still worth it. Last thing, i was told my room is 15$, what is already a high price for the area where it is located, definitely cheaper options available. What was very rude, the receptionist made me pay 255.000 kip. On the bill there was 15$ dollar written and 255.000 kip. But 15 dollars is 225.000. I know it has been covid and no tourist came, buy honesty goes always first and definitely not greediness
ALL FUR COAT AND NO KNICKERS. Yes this place is in a very nice setting and is very instagramable. I just feel duped by the place. The accommodation is extremely basic, very small with no bathroom or ac the huts were so hot. The toilets were a 100m walk away, which in the middle of the night isn’t ideal. The WiFi was awful despite being told by the gent that greeted us it was the best in town. We turned up without a booking and was told the price was $15 when paying the price was 255000 Kip which is not $15. We had an evening meal and breakfast on the veranda looking out over the river which is in a beautiful setting however the Food was very expensive and I have to say pretty bland, I had the red curry and it was fine, nothing to get excited about. I’m happy to pay boujee resort prices if that’s what you are getting not when it’s hostel accommodation in a jungle setting. I have to say the room and facilities were kept very clean and the staff were pleasant.
