The woman who gave me... read more I waited over 15 minutes in the drive-thru, and when I finally got my food, it was cold. I didn't want to waste any more time complaining. The woman who gave me my bag seemed aware of how long my food had been sitting there, yet she presented it as if it were fresh—offering me hot fries and a hot grilled cheese sandwich. However, that was far from the reality; it looked like it had been left out overnight. It wasn't that it was leftovers, but rather it had been sitting on a cold counter away from the heat lamps. That's unacceptable, and I won't be coming back. My kids like this place, but they can only go at their own risk. This isn't the first, second, or even third time I've had a similar experience here. I'm done paying for disappointment and frustration. This location is now permanently off my list. Peace.

The lady who handed me the bag was well aware how long my food sat waited on me... and she still handed it right over like here fresh hotfries, hot grill cheese sandwich.. No ... I say not at all . It looked like i got day old cold leftovers. I know it wasnt ... itwas neglected on a cold counter away from heat lamps, and thats fine .. will not be me again. But my kids love this place, theywill have to love it at their own risk/ or on their free time, money. THIS was not the 1st , 2nd, or 3rd time that similaralmost the same have happened to me here. I refuse to pay to belet down and become angry. So this location permanently off mylist forever. Peace
