The service was fast and friendly. The order was fairly large and everything was correct. Mine was cooked just right. They were a bit heavy on the condiments on my burger but it still tasted great. View all feedback.
What Dawn Hershey doesn't like about Dairy Queen Grill Chill:
They had a problem with their ice cream machines recently and the kid who took my order told me up front that the ice cream might not be as frozen as expected. I appreciated the heads up so I could decide if I still wanted it or not instead ofsurprising me with a sub standard product. View all feedback.
The service was quick and welcoming. My order was quite substantial, and everything was accurate. My dish was cooked to perfection. They did go a little overboard with the condiments on my burger, but it still tasted amazing.
I always make it a point to stop here whenever I'm passing through. The food is fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. The staff members are friendly, and my order was served with a smile.
Recently, they encountered some issues with their ice cream machines, and the staff member who took my order was honest about it. He informed me that the ice cream might not be as frozen as usual. I appreciated his transparency, as it allowed me to choose whether I still wanted it instead of being surprised by a subpar product.
What have you done with the DAIRY QUEEN ICE CREAM... It taste like whipped something just like the blackshear georgia dairy queen. This stuff does not even melt. It taste gross. A waste of 7.15 will not go back to either one yukkkkk...Cindy crews
Dinning area still closed!! Tired of driving through just to enjoy a blizzard that's mostly melted before I can stop and enjoy it. Be a long time before we go back!!
