The owner was very friendly and kind. Vegan options were really good so I came back two days in a row for lunch! Highly recommended!
We went during dinner time so the menu was 100% Vegan! The atmosphere is quite intimate seeing as how the restaurant is a bit small, but it’s merely an enhancement! The owner is super friendly and can speak English, so if you don’t know any Japanese, it’s okay! I would love to come back again during lunch to try their smoothies and vegan sandwich set! Highly recommended
Great experience! Came here for lunch and was warmly welcomed. English was no problem as they have an English menu. I had the rice ball set and it was just great! All of the dishes had an extraordinary taste (especially the eggplants) and everything was delicious. Hope to come back to try the Curry, the other vegan dish!
They serve meat, so Happy Cow won't let me give five stars. This place deserves it though. Most of the menu is vegetable focused. There are a number of vegetarian and vegan options. The vegan options as of today are a curry (which was incredibly tasty and full of veggies), a couple sandwiches, salads, and some side dishes. There's also a large drink menu. The atmosphere is intimate and peaceful, with relaxing music playing. Staff and service is amazing, the lady working in the front seating area chatted with me for almost an hour despite the language barrier. Definitely the best food I had while in Nagasaki. Come here if you want genuinely healthy, delicious food with lots of vegetables.
I recently went there for dinner at 7pm. At night, this is mainly a bar. The friendly and talented owner told me that she serves more vegan options at lunch, but she decided to make available 4 vegan choices for dinner because she feels sorry for her vegan customers: as you know, there are not many vegetarian/vegan restaurants in Japan to begin with, and they tend to open mainly for lunch, and they tend to close on various days of the week. I had the sampler plate which consisted of small portions of various items that have good and different flavors. Another customer ordered the sandwich plate. There's also a big salad plate. (I forgot what the 4th option was. All 4 choices cost 1,800 yen at night. Portions are not big but sufficient if you are not too hungry.
