It was all good but the taste felt short on the bulalo, maybe because they didnt gave us any condiments or something? Or is it really that's how it is made? Not sure, even my mother said it's already delicious but it lacks the strong flavor in the soup, but it felt really good, haven't eaten bulalo in a long time. This is the best Tapsilog I've ever tasted in my life! It's a shame I'm from Manila.
The experience was overall positive, but the bulalo seemed to lack flavor. Perhaps it was because we weren't given any condiments? Or maybe that's just how it's traditionally prepared? I'm not entirely sure. Even my mother, who thought it was tasty, felt that the soup needed a bolder flavor. Nonetheless, it was still enjoyable, especially since I haven't had bulalo in a while. Keep up the good work, Podo Grill! Your food is comforting and satisfying!
This is the perfect spot to unwind after a night of drinking on a Friday. The bulalo is well worth the price and is great for sharing with a friend or two. I forgot to take a picture, though!
