A big shoutout to the staff and manager for... read more I am very happy with the customer service I received from Red Platter when I ordered a birthday cake a few days ago. A big shoutout to the staff and manager for addressing my concerns swiftly and effectively with my Food Panda delivery order. I had originally planned to order a Carrot Cake and Tiramisu, but after a few minutes, their Food Panda page refreshed and those cakes were no longer available. While I was chatting and messaging their official contacts, they let me know that there was still one Carrot Cake available. Instead of the Tiramisu, I decided to try the Ube Mousse. They even adjusted the menu to allow me to place my order online before anyone else could grab it. I truly appreciate that everything went smoothly on my end. It’s so refreshing to see that there are still kind, helpful people in the service industry, like those at Red Platter, who are willing to go the extra mile—this should always be the norm! Red Platter, along with Graceland, Baker's Plaza, and Geewan, has become a staple in our celebrations. Thank you for making our special moments even more memorable!

One ha... read more Now, onto the culinary highlights! The Bicolano Pizza was fantastic—simple yet elegant. It was bursting with flavor and truly a treat for the taste buds. One half of the pizza is topped with shrimp, while the other features pork, both generously infused with the flavors of laing. I was initially skeptical, but since it’s a house specialty, I had to give it a try. It was super delicious—a must-try! Next, I sampled the Bicolano Cordon Bleu, which puts a unique twist on the traditional dish by using laing for the stuffing instead of ham and cheese. It was quite tasty, although I couldn't help but still crave that pizza—it was one of the most amazing dishes I’ve had in a long time! As for the Bicol Express, what more can I say? We’re in Bicol, after all! It was not only flavorful but also incredibly spicy—definitely for chili lovers. I loved it, although I found myself sipping on a pitcher of water while enjoying it. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I’m so grateful for the memorable meal; that pizza will stick with me for a long time! EDIT: So, I decided to buy some Pili Butter Cookies and Cream Cheese Brownies to take home. I planned to share them, but I couldn’t resist snacking on them during the drive. Surely, one cookie wouldn’t hurt... or two? Maybe even five! The pili cookies were absolutely incredible! It was my first time trying them, and I can’t help but think there might be even more amazing pili butter cookies out there, so I’ll definitely be on the lookout. The cream cheese brownies were delicious too—super soft and moist, just as a brownie should be! I love this place! Stay hungry, my friends. Bon appétit!
