What Cecile i doesn't like about Jollibee:
My son ordered through drive thru for 8 pcs chicken.. he was given 6 pcs instead but was billed for 8 pcs. We cannot do anything about it anymore since there was no contact number and we have already opened and have started eating. This happened not once but many times already. View all feedback.
I arrived from Manila around 4 AM and went straight to this branch. I only ordered brewed coffee because I wasn’t hungry yet. One of the staff members informed me that their coffee wasn't available, which confused me since it was early and they typically serve coffee with their breakfast menu. She told me that only hot chocolate was available. I mentioned that I don't drink sweet beverages, so I asked to order something just so I could hang out and sit inside. Suddenly, the lady said I could order coffee after all. I agreed to wait if they needed to make a fresh batch or heat up their coffee. However, it turned out that coffee was available, and she served it to me right away. I'm really puzzled about what just happened. Why say it's unavailable when it actually is?
The staff are very respectful. The food is fantastic, especially the crispy chicken. I didn't hear any complaints when I requested extra gravy and ketchup. Thumbs up!
It's not a huge issue, but I ordered iced tea, not coke—just check the receipt. The wait for the order was a bit longer than expected, but I understand that they were busy with many orders. The food was really nice, and the chicken portion was generous. Keep up the good work, and I'll be back next time!

Unfortunately, we couldn't address the issue since there was no contact number available and we had already opened our order and started eating. This has happened multiple times in the past as well.
The takeout waiting area could use some improvement, or the takeout service itself needs to be enhanced. If I hadn't checked in on my order, it wouldn’t have been delivered to the designated waiting area for my car as promised.
