Rice - MYSTIC
Rice
Description
Located off the beaten path, Rice may appear unassuming, but it offers an exceptional dining experience that belies its modest exterior. The cozy restaurant specializes in Thai cuisine, boasting a diverse menu rich in fresh ingredients. Guests rave about standout dishes, including the acclaimed drunken noodles and exquisite sashimi. Despite its cramped ambiance, attentive and friendly service enhances the overall experience. However, be mindful when making reservations via OpenTable as discrepancies can occur; a quick follow-up call is advisable. With complimentary drinks offered for any mix-ups, patrons leave satisfied and eager to return.

Feedback
The food and service were outstanding. Setting up was a breeze, and it offers great value for money.
The food was outstanding. However, the restaurant itself is quite small and feels cramped, lacking a notable ambiance. On the plus side, the service was excellent and prompt. A word of caution: we made a reservation through OpenTable and received confirmation, but when we arrived, they couldn't find our booking. If you use OpenTable, be sure to call the restaurant to double-check your reservation. To make up for their oversight, they kindly offered us complimentary drinks and a discount on our bill, so everything turned out well in the end, and they were very apologetic.
We were searching for a relaxing spot for an early Mother's Day brunch, and Rice turned out to be the ideal choice. The food was outstanding—one of my companions even claimed the drunken noodles were the best he had ever tasted. The servers were incredibly friendly, and we never felt rushed, allowing us plenty of time to catch up with cousins we hadn't seen in decades. Overall, the entire experience was simply perfect.
A small place, casual, relaxed atmosphere. Thai cuisine with more variety than the usual Thai restaurants. Very delicious food with FRESH ingredients! You have a bar, so it's not BYO.
