I've never had any issues before, but tonight was a diff... read more Every time I visit the beach, I make it a point to stop at this stand for funnel cake and cotton candy. I've never had any issues before, but tonight was a different experience. I ordered my usual snacks and paid for them. I noticed a woman in the back preparing fresh cotton candy, so I asked the cashier if I could have one of those instead of the ones displayed. The woman in the back reacted negatively because I didn't want the one she had taken out. She then snatched the cotton candy off the counter and threw it in the trash. At that moment, I decided to cancel my entire order. I've never encountered such poor customer service before, and I would rather spend my money where I'm treated with respect as a customer.

My child was just $2.50 short for a drink, and they graciously offered it for free. I would definitely recommend this place—10 out of 10! I will definitely be back!

I don’t mind when restaurants don’t have items, BUT WE SHOULD NOT FIND OUT AFTER WE ORDERED AND PAID.
