I've been here a couple of times but this time it was a little disappointing. The braesola starter which I love really saved up on the mushrooms. And they were plain old mushrooms, not the fabulous wild mushrooms they had in the past. I was amazed. The pasta specifically was salty and dry. The fried calamari and prawns were very salty too. Went to Broadway at the Beach and stopped by here for dinnerIt seems like we eat here every time we come to Myrtle Beach.
Here for a Bachelor party, and we wound up here on a Saturday nightWhy? Because there was a 2 hour wait everywhere else and Key West was empty.
My friends and I came to Myrtle for vacation and while we were on the boardwalk we decided to grab dinner.
La Marea was a big surprise. We visit the area occasionally and the restaurants are fine. La Marea comes from Westchester where we have many to choose from and it definitely falls into that category. The food was outstanding and the place was very welcoming and comfortable. Can't say enough well. All you have to do is try it yourself.
It's always a pleasure to dine here. Excellent service and pizza that take me right back to Italy.
