The staff was friendly and made sure your food was prepared just the way you liked it. However, the cleanliness of the establishment could use some improvement. The food itself was excellent, with a variety of options like burritos, tacos, and salads. The outdoor seating is wonderful if you want to enjoy your meal in a natural setting. Overall, it's a lovely spot for delicious Mexican cuisine.

When... read more I ordered a chicken bowl today and was disappointed. The rice was nearly gone, and the little that remained had clearly been sitting out for far too long. When I mentioned this to the server, she assured me it was fresh, but it definitely was not. It was so hard that it felt like it could crack a tooth. After waiting in line for about ten minutes to place my order, I found out that they were only accepting exact change or credit cards. If I had known this sooner, I would have gone elsewhere, as I prefer not to use my card for small charges. When I got to the register, the cashier was nowhere to be found. After a few minutes, she finally showed up. Normally, I avoid the Chipotle near Surfside because of issues like this, so I was surprised to experience it here as well. This location used to have much better service.

However, over the last six months, I've noticed a drop in food quality at the locations in Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. I've often gone in to find that they're out of basic items, like brown rice. Just two days ago, I found out that they had replaced their delicious chicken with a spicy steak that had a bad smell. I think it's time for me to find a new place to eat.

The staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than attending to customers. The restaurant was not clean, and after we received our food, I couldn't find a single clean table. While we were eating, I noticed five employees spent 15 minutes just talking, without wiping down any tables or sweeping the floor. It was really unappetizing. As a business owner myself, I felt the urge to encourage them to focus on their work rather than socialize. I'm not certain I would choose Chipotle again. The food was decent, but the overall environment left much to be desired.
