The cashier handled money and did not wear gloves while making my food. The food wasn’t even warm. The potatoes were soggy and tasted stale, and the sandwich also had an old, off flavor. I waited more than 25 minutes for my order. I only ate it because I was very hungry. What a mistake. I will never return to this location.

I spent over $80 on food, only to find out upon arrival for pickup that they were out of biscuits, fries, and specific types of chicken. The manager refused to cancel or alter the order, leaving us with whatever items they had available, which were neither fresh nor enjoyable. It was a waste of money and a significant disappointment.
