That's not how a Bojangle... read more I LOVE Bojangles buttered biscuits! Whoever working there now told my husband to butter them himself and pointed to condiment counter. That's not how a Bojangles buttered biscuit is supposed to be made!! Change the staff- I'm not the only person who thinks this location has a problem.

They accidentally put gravy on my potatoes and... read more Tried Bojangles for the first time at this location. Everyone was very friendly, and the food was hot and fresh. They accidentally put gravy on my potatoes and were kind enough to give me a new side of potatoes. This might be a fast food place, but customer service definitely goes a long way for me! Good place to stop for a quick bite. The lobby area and tables were very clean too.

Biscuit bottom was rock hard she asked if I wanted another biscuit I told her I wanted people to make Food the way it should be and not serve the food this way. The manager cannot do her job she will not correct the employees nothing will change until she is gone.

He offered us a complimentary beverage while we waited. I will definitely spread the good word about thisstore and I will visit there again.
