I've been a loyal customer for years, and I've never had to pay for sauces before. It's frustrating that they now charge for honey mustard. If the chicken in my biscuit weren't so spicy, I wouldn't need it as much—the honey mustard helps balance the heat. On my last visit, I asked for one sauce and was charged 55 cents. Disappointing, Bojangles!

W... read more This past Thursday I went to this Bojangles but the staff completely ignored me and my father. They didn't greet us or tell us they'd be right with us at all. We waited probably 5 minutes before leaving and going elsewhere.

Said it would be ready at 525pm. Sat in parking lot until 545pm and finally got the food. Get home 5 minutes away and was missing Honey mustard, fries were cold, chicken on sandwich was thin over cooked and cold. Have had issues with this location several times. Will not be going back again.
