I absolutely loved the fried spring rolls at this restaurant. The service was excellent too! This place is very popular not only for its delicious food, but also because it's a popular stop for tourists during the day. They may not have a dedicated vegetarian menu, but the dishes were still flavorful and satisfying. View all feedback.
Fantastic vegetarian restaurant. it is in old bagan so a perfect place to lunch during the tournee tempel. the food is delicious and cheap. Cold drinks and coffee are excellent. I had the pineapple curry and noodle, both delicious. friendly staff who speak good English.
Great dinner place and nice ambience. Not too dirty even though it is located along the dusty road and isn’t enclosed. They offers a wide variety of vegan foods with reasonable price. Service was excellent and the staffs were friendly. Ordered the aubergine curry and chapati wrap and they were delicious! Highly recommended!
We ordered vegetarian burger and a set lunch consisting of tomato salad, lentil soup and tomato tofu curry. Everything was very delicious! Staff was busy so it took time to fulfil our requests but in the end everything was fine. I recommend this restaurant even for those who are not vegetarians you won’t regret!
We come here because 1 of my friends recommended that this place is a must try in Bagan, and we do not regret. Excellent vegetarian restaurant. We have tons of curries which are best among lots of curries we tried in Yangon and Bagan. The people's choice award should go to Massaman curry with coconut rice. In addition, the rest room is clean. They have a very nice slogan, be kind to animals However, it should be note that you may have to delay your meal if it is windy.
I don't think the price range would be fussed by foreigners but it certainly isn't for the local folks who make measly amount of money. And the taste of it is also not for the liking of the locals who eat hearty meals. I guess it's overly “westernized.” If you want an authentic meal you wouldn't go here. And the meal that I ordered costed me almost $10 for the exact same meal I would get it for less than $3 or even FREE in the other restaurants because all the vegetarian dishes are side dishes that come free. You just have to order a dish of eggs or something and the vegetarian little dishes are free... And I get it, they're using the veganism as the hallmark to sell. I do love animals and that's why i stop eating them for 9+ years but this restaurant is offensive to veganism... because obviously they found no sympathy for humans and do not want to make an honest living by charging fairly. You are traveling in the part of the country where vegetables are so abundant that they have to feed the animals because they can't finish or sell it anymore. It's preposterous!
