We spotted the restaurant with tables outside and guests being served drinks. We therefore moved towards an empty table in the shade. The waitress seemed very unhappy about this and in an angry manner said something that we did not understand. I explained that we were English and apologised for not understanding but she was very abrupt and let us know clearly that we were not welcome. We left immediately feeling upset, angry and confused. How strange to have treated customers in this way. Maybe she doesn't want or need the custom.
