The parma was delicious and incredibly spicy, but not overwhelmingly so. I could savor each chili while my mouth was still ablaze. It’s appropriately named “Johny Cash,” in homage to his famous song. This dish isn’t for the faint-hearted, so if you’re someone who only thinks they like chili, you might want to steer clear. But if you truly love chili, don’t pass it up! To top it off, the chips were nicely cooked, and the vegetables were perfectly done. The beer selection is standard but impressive. The place is clean, and the service is very professional. A truly great experience!
