At this fast-food chicken spot, guests praise an outstanding drive-thru employee but encounter inconsistent experiences: soggy chicken, missing biscuits and sauces, items placed on top of sides causing warm coleslaw, and long 25–30 minute waits at dinner. Online orders and packaging have frequent errors. More concerning are observed hygiene lapses in the kitchen and inattentive management. While the drive-thru can be timely during heavy lines, operational and food-safety improvements are needed to match the friendliness of standout staff.

I just got my food from an online order, but there were some issues. They forgot my sauces and placed my hot food directly on top of my coleslaw, which ended up getting warm. I walked in and stood there for a while without anyone acknowledging me; it took about five minutes before the manager and two employees even noticed I was there. While waiting for my sauces, I saw one of the employees in the kitchen eating either mac and cheese or mashed potatoes. She wiped her mouth with her hand, then wiped it on her apron, and went to get a drink before returning to the service line without washing her hands. Not only is eating in the kitchen a health code violation, but so is failing to wash hands after eating. The manager passed right by her while all this was happening and didn't say a word about her behavior.
Julian at the drive-thru window was outstanding! If anyone can make KFC even better, it's him! He definitely deserves a raise! I will definitely return to see him again!
Got a 16 piece family meal...did an online order...went thru the drive thru...was timely for being 7 cars in line...got home...had 8 breasts 1 drum stick and 7 wings...ZERO BISCUITS!!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING??? ZERO BISCUITS AND 8 BREASTS???
No coleslaw. Had to wait 15m for our food, because they had no BISCUITS. WTF!Very disappointing.
