They forgot my sauces and placed my hot food directly on top of my coleslaw, which ended up... read more I just got my food from an online order, but there were some issues. They forgot my sauces and placed my hot food directly on top of my coleslaw, which ended up getting warm. I walked in and stood there for a while without anyone acknowledging me; it took about five minutes before the manager and two employees even noticed I was there. While waiting for my sauces, I saw one of the employees in the kitchen eating either mac and cheese or mashed potatoes. She wiped her mouth with her hand, then wiped it on her apron, and went to get a drink before returning to the service line without washing her hands. Not only is eating in the kitchen a health code violation, but so is failing to wash hands after eating. The manager passed right by her while all this was happening and didn't say a word about her behavior.
