Upon entering, we noticed a sign that instructed us to "wait to be seated." Although several employees saw us, no one came over to greet us. After five minutes of waiting, I had to signal for someone to assist us. Eventually, someone finally arrived, but the lack of customer service was disappointing.
Foods good service could be better but still good overall.
We had decided to stop visiting IHOP due to consistently mediocre service and long wait times for our food. However, today completely changed our perspective. Our waitress, Aryel, was delightful and attentive, providing the best service we've experienced in months. The coffee was excellent, and the food was fantastic. Thank you, Aryel—we hope to see you again!
I've eaten here three times in the last two days, and the food has been consistently great. The tips and eggs are always a fantastic choice and perfectly tender. I visit this place every year and will keep coming back. As for parking, you can enter by Applebee's and drive through the lot to reach IHOP. Just a heads up: the east drive can be a bit tricky to navigate.
Had dinner delivered 58.00 the soup was very cold and had no spoon the steak and salad had no dressing and was so salty very disappointed have been in a hotel for two weeks was meal yet
