Generally, the food is great, but this time it missed the mark. The teriyaki chicken was fine, but some pieces of the orange chicken were also undercooked.

When I inquired, they told me it would be another 5 minutes. They didn’t offer anything for the wait, like drinks or anything else. The customer service was very disappointing. I also couldn’t get a premium food replacement. What was initially supposed to take 10 minutes has now turned into a 25-minute wait.
