Wendy's - Muskegon

So, because I destroyed the previous Wendy's location that has since closed, I figured it was only fair that I give credit to the new location for their marked improvement. All you gotta do is look at the old Wendy's review scores and uou can see it was an absolute nightmare of an establishment. However, since the new Wendy's has opened, they have been phenomenal. Food is always fresh and hot, service is great, and they ate almost never out of things(like hamburgers). I assume this one is owned by the same person as the last, so im not sure exactly what changed, but it is night and day. Highly recommend this location to anyone

You ask for only ketchup and you get only mayo who orders only mayo that?s nasty then you take it back just for the manager to say if you don?t have a receipt you can?t get a new burger they don?t even give you the receipt like I really wanna play around with taking fake food to Wendy?s with the gas prices the way they are you can keep your nasty food and your poor management skills I will never go back to the Wendy?s on apple ave very rude people working every time I did go

Three times I have ordered, through DoorDash, Wendy 's pub-style sandwich (twice with chicken, once as a hamburger), the one on a pretzel bun, because I want to try the beer cheese. Well, they left the beer cheese off ALL THREE TIMES!! I have deducted a star for each time they didn 't make the sandwich right because I 'm fed up with it. How ridiculous is that?

It was a wonderful experience. We mobile ordered, and got our food fast, the people were so nice and polite. We will be going here many times continuing. Absolute best fast food place. Five stars.

This is the best Wendy's I have ever been to and will ever go to. The food is always hot and fresh whenever I visit. The drive-thru staff is consistently friendly. This location is without a doubt the best fast food option in the area.
