Online ordering system is a joke. I placed my order at 9:00 a.m I got to the store at 9:35 to pick it up and they could not even find my order. Apparently they were too busy to push it back to the kitchen. Why would you have an online ordering system if you don't know how to use it correctly or efficiently.
