Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Muskegon

Food was ok. It looked really good and tasted pretty good but the food wasn't hot. Seemed like it had been under a heat lamp for a while.

I always get the classic chicken sandwich. When this location first opened it was always great! Lately though, my chicken is old and the buns are hotter than the chicken. When I ask them to make me fresh chicken they just say it's always fresh I wish they would get it together because their food is good, when it hasn't been sitting in the cabinet after the quality assurance time.

Great food!! They need more managers to follow up on orders. Had gone there spent over 40 bucks on food. At the end when I got home. Didn't have all the order I asked for. I get the whole short of staff thing.its not easy to make money these days. You all should start giving out the order correctly and not hanging up on your customers as they are trying to explain the wrong order you had giving them.

I was very disappointed with my recent order from this restaurant. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and was surprised to find that they did not have lettuce on them. I realized that the lettuce had probably been removed to microwave the sandwiches, which made them tough and overcooked. I could only eat half of the sandwich because of this. This was not my usual experience at this restaurant, and although I may return in the future, I will not be doing so for some time.

Popeyes is a fantastic dining option, despite the challenges they are currently facing due to COVID-19. It may be a bit of struggle for them to get back to regular work, like many other businesses. We have to be patient and understanding. However, I still enjoy Popeyes and trust that they will overcome this obstacle. The wait may be long, but it is definitely worth it for their delicious food.
