I don't know what it is, but ice tastes better at Norm's. The menu is large with options for any sweet tooth. They even have milk-free options. We were now at two locations and both were great. The ice sizes are very generous so that a child size Sundae is perfect for me. Norm is only cash, but they have begun to accept cards that are very helpful. View all feedback.

Great ice! Do not be moved to the long line, it moves quickly. You have many ice creams, toppings and allergy-free choices. Also great help!
I can't believe how much ice for small prices. Even our two dogs had their own bowls. Very friendly people.
I had a little hot fudge Sunday. Delicious! The portions are Hugh, no one orders a big one.
Norm's IS ALWAYS GREAT! The kids that work there ARE VERY FRIENDLY and their portions ARE HUGE! It is WELL WORTH YOUR MONEY!
