The food has consistently been excellent. However, there seems to be some inconsistency among the waitstaff. That said, the staff is friendly and genuinely tries their best to provide swift service.
We entered the restaurant and encountered some truly rude staff. When we pointed out that part of our order was incorrect, both the server and the assistant manager reacted with irritation towards us. Although the food was good, the poor service left a bad impression, and we won't be returning.
I used a voucher for a meal for two, and while it took a little while for me, my mom has been there regularly. I gave her four stars because she mentioned that her dish was a bit dry today.
Although I wish this special BK would remember adding the cheese I paid extra, otherwise they do a great job and their staff is very friendly.
