Bob's Big Boy - Muskegon

Real nice place, food was decent, service was good. We went for breakfast and got the buffet, my wife and I couldn't understand why there wasnt other customers... Until we got the bill, $16 for a little breakfast buffet?! $3 for coffee too... Gee

Ordered food that was so spicy I couldn't eat ... sent it back was told it couldn't be replaced with anything else ... used a free dinner coupon and had a salad to eat... the free dinner coupon was from a screwed up take out order from a previous visit... I will never eat there again!!

This was our first time at this location. Took the kiddos for breakfast since it was a snow day. The food was hot, fast and very yummy. The staff was professional and friendly. There was a problem in the kitchen so one of our meals came out just a couple minutes behind the rest, which was no biggie at all. The manager came out right away and apologized and offered to discount our bill for the inconvenience. It really was not a big deal, but it's customer service like that, that keeps a place running and customers returning. We'll definitely be back soon!!

Service was excellent. Restaurant was clean. This was my second time there to order the fish and chips. The first time the fish was absolutely delicious. This time, not so good. I am giving 5 stars because the manager came to my table and listened to my concerns. He let me know that the batter that he normally ordered was not available, but would be in the following week and took it off the bill. I will definitely return to this restaurant in the near future.

This place has improved soooo much in the past months from where it was before! The servers are so sweet, and the Manager works so hard for everyone it's amazing! Love they took part in Angel Tree for Muskegon!
