Applebee's Grill - Muskegon

Upon arrival at the restaurant, we were greeted by a warm and friendly staff. Without delay, we made our way to the bar where the bartender promptly prepared our drinks and handed us menus to select our food. Our drinks arrived quickly and our appetizers kept us satisfied while waiting for our main course. The drinks were delicious and the food was served promptly, allowing us to choose our desired seating area. Despite being busy, the staff remained friendly and attentive throughout our visit. Overall, we were impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by the staff.

I had the Quesadilla Burger and it was excellent. The chips and salsa were top-notch. Tiffany, my bartender/server, was fantastic. The General Manager, Rosemary, stopped by and I mentioned that the salsa here is superior to any other Applebee's in Grand Rapids. Thank you, Rosemary, for a wonderful experience from the staff all the way to the top.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. I placed a complicated order over the phone and everything was delicious! My order was ready on time for pickup. Even though a side dish was missing, we still had plenty of tasty options to enjoy. The Honey BBQ sauce is a family favorite and the baby back ribs were incredibly flavorful and tender, they practically melted in your mouth!

Every time I'm in the staff is great and the food is great! Tanya is a big server and bartender! very friendly attentive : Lyndsey is friendly and remembers what I drink and my favorite order. The hostess is fast to let you sit and the managers seem to really take care of the guests and the staff.
