Being a vegetarian in Spain is not easy, especially away from the city centers, but here the chefs leave their way to create interesting and varied meals only for me! the salate are some of the best I had in Spain! I am also sure that the slowly cooked meat dishes are above all excellent games for authentic Spanish dishes. it is not glamorous, but it is the heart of real Spanish life and eating is great!

The location of this restaurant is in the quality and worth it offers. the daily 3 curs menu is varied and generous. the daily salat is the best you can find in... read more The location of this restaurant is in the quality and worth it offers. the daily 3 curs menu is varied and generous. the daily salat is the best you can find in valencia, and the peppered steak is tender and tasty. the chef is proud of his dishes...and will be happy; he will often come to the area to speak with his guests and will gladly prepare a special dish for vegetarian diner. the morning almuerzo keeps them long in the afternoon, especially when they combine it with a queen coffee. this restaurant is open for brunch and takeaway chicken. it is definitiw a trip north of valencia to experience this jewel of a restaurant. we're going back!
