The waitress, who seemed to be South American, appeared disinterested and provided basic, insincere service. When I ordered the Juju Veggie Brekkie, I was served a breakfast burger instead. The kitchen staff were apologetic and accommodating when I explained the error, but my replacement meal turned out to be the Juju Big Brekkie with bacon and sausages. Feeling frustrated, I opted to eat the incorrect meal. The Veggie Salad, hot chips, Immune juice, and Chai Latte we ordered were average. The lackluster service and mediocre food and drinks make it unlikely that we will return. Additionally, the behavior of a local patron who spoke on the phone in the kitchen and ate carrot cake while standing up added to our irritation and negatively impacted our experience.
