I understand why they have only a 3-star rating. This restaurant lacks professionalism. It took more than an hour for my food to arrive, and it was cold when it finally got here—not to mention they forgot my drinks. I had to call several times just to get a hold of someone. The food is tasty, but I strongly recommend picking it up yourself since their delivery service is unreliable. It's quite disappointing.

This place has become comical when it comes to delivering on both service and product. You order pizzas and its either wrong in some way or they don?t have the order at all. When the order is actually right it?s like WOW!! One time I showed up the pizza wasn?t ready and the associate just said I can give you a discount on your future pizza order. Not awe man I?m sorry let me make it that for you now. Literally we have no food for you, we will give you a refund and discount on your next pizza. Deuces!

I ordered delivery for a pizza along with two box deals, and somehow my pizza didn't arrive! I'm also unable to get in touch with anyone by phone!

When we picked up our pizza, the woman at the counter was incredibly friendly. She informed us that they had added extra pepperoni to one of our pizzas and included a cheese shaker in the box! This was easily the best experience we’ve had at any Pizza Hut we've visited (and we order pizza quite often). The service at this location is simply outstanding!
