She said I've never seen you before (as she knows every individual customer who drives through the building) she said we were different than the normal McDonald?s she was mean respectful and rude.. please put people who care about your business. You just lost another loyal regular customer

The staff were rude when we tried to discuss iss... read more My family and I recently moved to the area, and our first experience at this McDonald's was very disappointing. The staff were rude when we tried to discuss issues with our order. Our order was clearly shown on the screen, but what we received was incorrect, both on the receipt and in the bag. When my wife attempted to pay for the items we didn’t receive, they abruptly told her they were closed, even though it was only 10:20 PM and the restaurant doesn’t close until 11. This has been the worst McDonald's experience we've ever had. If possible, I would give zero stars.
