I discovered Sobe Eats at a convention where they were one of the food vendors. wasn't sure I wanted to try it, but then was sorry I hadn't been eating there every day! I got the tinga chicken rice bowl. Plenty of tasty and tender chicken on top of perfectly cooked pinto beans and rice. The taste was enhanced with cojita cheese, salsa, crema, and those delicious pickled red onions. Even though this was at a convention and even though there was a line, the servers took the time to make the bowl attractive with radish slices and cilantro. The photo doesn't show how much food there actually was, but it was filling.
